SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK CAKE!!!!!!

what you'll need!!!

  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1 CUP and 3 TABLESPOONS!
  • BAKING POWDER- HALF a TEASPOON!
  • SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK- ONE can! (i.e, 14 ounces!)
  • EGGS- 4! (i use large or extra large eggs depends on what we have in the fridge)
  • UNSALTED BUTTER (MELTED)- 4 TABLESPOONS!
  • TOPPINGS- whatever the fuck u want lmao i usually eat it w a side of whipped cream or some jam
  • okay so we got all the stuff! now what! wellll!!!

    1. preheat ur oven to 350F (or 175C)
    2. grease ur cooking vessel. i think a loaf pan works best since this is a dense cake!! the original recipe calls for a 9 inch springform pan but who the fuck has that, plus this is best as a loaf lmao
    3. get urself 2 bowls, one for the dry stuff, the other for the liquids. ur gonna want the dry stuff to have the bigger bowl because ur gonna pour the liquids u mix into that one

    4. mix all the FLOUR and your baking POWDER in the big bowl. (dope ass rhyme lmao)

    5. mix allllll ur liquids in the other. be careful w the eggs and the heat from the melted butter. or the coldness of the eggs and the heat of the melted butter. try to get the eggs room temp but if u cant its not the end of the world lmao it'll look kinda weird but it'll taste fine in my experience!
    6. mix together the condensed milk, the eggs, and the butter in that other bowl. then put that shit into the dry stuff bowl! the recipe says to mix it w an electric mixer but that shit has always been waaay too loud for my autistic ass, so ive always mixed it w a fork and it ended up just fine lmao
    7. ok now pour that into ur mysterious cooking vessel and bake that shit for like 45 minutes or so.
    8. ok now just make sure that toothpick or butter knife of bbq skewer or whatever u test it w comes out clean!! u dont want raw cake lmao. cool on a wire rack if u can for like 5 or 10 minutes. strongly recommended. okie so after u do that, run a knife along the edges to loosen it from ur cool cooking vessel and invert it onto ur little serving plate to cool or whatevs.

      FINAL STEP: eat alongside some tea and w jam and cream and stuff!!!! super delish!!! yummy yummy
